Responsibilities • Oversee daily receiving, shipping, pick and pack, and fulfillment operations • Manage inventory and conduct regular stock checks • Coordinate cargo deliveries and ensure orders are fulfilled on time • Maintain accurate inventory, shipping, and operational records • Supervise, train, and assign tasks to warehouse staff • Monitor employee performance, productivity, and accountability • Communicate with other departments regarding inventory and order status • Work with shipping carriers including UPS, USPS, and FedEx • Maintain warehouse organization and follow company safety procedures • Identify opportunities to improve workflow and operational efficiency
Qualifications • Minimum 3 years of experience in wholesale fashion, warehouse operations, inventory, or logistics • Bilingual in English and Spanish required • Korean communication skills are a plus • Experience receiving imported merchandise and managing inventory • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills • Comfortable handling documentation, records, and operational data • Familiarity with ERP or warehouse management systems preferred • Experience with FashionGo, N41, Faire, or Shopify is a plus • Basic Excel skills preferred • Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
